I work with women 40+ who are navigating midlife, perimenopause or menopause and feel that their body no longer responds in the same way.

You may be dealing with poor sleep, low energy, weight changes, slower recovery, reduced strength, brain fog, hot flushes, stress sensitivity or the feeling that your usual routines no longer work.

This support is for women who want to understand what is happening and make realistic, structured changes to their health and wellbeing.

A Whole-Picture Review

After 40, sleep, stress, recovery, nutrition, movement and menopause-related symptoms often affect each other.

That is why we start with a 6-week Lifestyle Review.

Each week focuses on one area, using a short specialised tracker. This helps identify patterns without overwhelming you with long daily diaries.

At the end, you receive a written summary with your main patterns, priority areas and realistic next steps.

From Review to Support

After the Lifestyle Review, you can decide whether you want to continue with private 1:1 support.

If we continue, the work focuses on 2–3 priorities from your review. This may include sleep routines, stress recovery, nutrition habits, movement, strength, energy management or behaviour change.

The aim is to turn insight into practical routines that fit your real life.

Who I Am

I am Irina Mishustina, a certified Menopause Coaching Specialist and health & wellbeing coach for women 40+.

My background combines women’s health education, exercise physiology, movement coaching and lifestyle-based support. I work privately with women who want a structured, practical and realistic approach to health, energy, body changes and wellbeing after 40.
